From their web site it appears Team CSC’s current main sponsor, the Information Technology company CSC, is another sponsor who has decided to leave the professional cycling world and end its contract at the end of this year. The company (CSC) has indicated that their decision is based on long-term growth plans and mainly a shift in investment strategies. It’s nice to see that they aren’t leaving due to cycling’s other problems (aka drugs).

So I haven’t done the first few races of the season, why you may ask? Well, if you don’t know the wife and I are expecting our first little one. From the birthing classes, to finalizing all the projects I’m doing at work (Sharepoint), to getting the boy’s room together. I’ve been quite busy! Don’t worry I’ve made it to quite a few roller nights with the team, along with the hill repeats I do going up and down our stairs: ice water, grilled cheese, tums, ice water, cat, baby items (alot!)

Now I’ve done my research utilizing the vast knowledge of the internet and I’ve found quite a few helpful hints to assist me as I’m a new dad and all. So I thought I would share a few:
